A Cool Development For London Swimming Pool Company
Luxury pool company, London Swimming Pool Company (LSPC) is expanding its services to include the provision of Superior Wellness’ cold water therapy Chill Tubs to both the commercial and private sectors. LSPC will be marketing and selling the Pro, Original and Lite Chill Tubs which vary in size and weight to provide for every requirement.

Cold water immersion has become hugely popular in recent times, particularly with fitness enthusiasts and athletes because of the therapeutic benefits. One of its most popular uses is as a recovery technique after strenuous physical exercise and to get the body ready for the next workout or competition.

Research studies have shown that exposing the body to cold temperatures in a controlled way helps to reduce inflammation in the body.
