Passion Spas Europe Works to Rebuild After Fire
On 27 July, a massive fire broke out at the European headquarters and showroom of Passion Spas (Fonteyn Spas) in the Netherlands, costing the international spa distributor 65% of their company. Thankfully, no one was injured in the blaze.

As a result, Passion Spas Europe has been forced to shut down temporarily, but they’re already planning a full comeback and are working hard to return stronger than ever, eager to maintain their status as the largest spa distributor in Europe.

The site was the largest spa showroom in the world and although the greater part of their operations went up in smoke, emergency services were able to save their inventory of products in storage. This has enabled the company to get right back to most of their activities. Passions Spas Europe has moved its business headquarters to an empty office building to serve as a temporary emergency office, and from there they are accessible to their customers and their inventory selection remains available.

Additionally, a small section of the showroom was spared and this area will soon be reopened to serve customers. In the meantime, Passion Spas Europe has set up a temporary showroom on company grounds in which to receive customers. These display facilities will be open from 20 August.

Although the damage is tremendous, Passion Spas is eager to continue their international operations. In North America, Passion Spas USA continues to experience growth while their European counterpart works eagerly to rebuild.
