Topline Confirm New Distribution Agreement For The Siemens Ezetrol Plus
Topline Electronics have been appointed as a distribution partner for Siemens plc with specific responsibility for Siemens Water Technologies top-selling pool controller, the Ezetrol Plus. Their role is to stock and supply the unit and spares to the wider swimming pool market for Siemens. Siemens wish to maintain a leading edge in the market by concentrating upon their strengths as a technology innovations business, and to use Topline’s strengths, as a customer focused business, to support their sales efforts. Siemens will maintain a sales presence in the market, however the goal is to raise the profile of the products and to maintain a 'specified status' for the bigger projects and for Topline to work with Siemens existing client base to complete the project.
Andrew Hunt, Managing Director of Topline, commented: "This new agreement compliments both Siemens approach to doing business in the swimming pool market and our own flexible and adaptive approach to high quality customer care. Topline believe that stock holding and next day delivery is a crucial part of supplying the swimming pool market, which is one reason why Topline have become so successful in the markets we supply over the last 20 years."
Darren Dale, Siemens Water Technologies Sales & Marketing Director, underlined the strategy behind the agreement, by saying: "Siemens are a technology company and we have, and will continue to, introduce innovative products for the leisure market, but we took the decision to simplify our sales process model for the leisure industry and were specifically looking for a distributor relationship to achieve this, and believe that Topline can provide the logistical support and technical expertise to react quickly to our existing, and potential new, customers. Siemens are committed to the leisure market and the appointment of Topline will allow us to focus more of our efforts in promoting our energy and water saving portfolio for pools."
