Wet Leisure Industry Survey 2019
Golden Coast has once again launched its annual Wet Leisure Industry Survey, and is inviting all members of the sector to take part.
Delivered in association with leading organisations such as BSPF, ISPE, SPATA, BISHTA and supported by the industry's trade press, the survey was created back in 2011 to collect facts, statistics and opinions from those working in the wet leisure industry.
The information gathered is then used to highlight trends and to support companies in making educated decisions that will allow them to grow their businesses.
“The more that people put into the Wet Leisure Industry Survey, the more they will get out of it,” said Jamie Adams, Managing Director of Golden Coast. “The feedback companies share will allow all of us who work in this industry to spot opportunities as well as areas of improvement, so that we can better tailor products and services to customers’ needs.”
Importantly, the Wet Leisure Industry Survey is anonymous, takes only around 10 minutes to complete, and does not contain compulsory questions.
“The responses will be crucial for providing insight and updates on successes and challenges that companies have faced throughout 2019,” said Jamie. “The more details provided the better, as it will help the survey be as accurate as possible.”
Businesses from across the industry are encouraged to fill in the questionnaire, which can be found online at wetleisure.com or paper versions can be requested from Golden Coast.
Once the data has been collected and analysed, the survey report will be made freely available to the whole industry at SPATEX and also as a download from wetleisure.com.
